Teambuilding
Help young people grow as individuals and as a team with our team-building resources. We offer our version of "classic" team challenges, along with some innovative, new challenges. Team building activities help develop communication, cooperation, positive risk-taking, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, decision making and reflection - all while having fun! We also offer an on-site inservice to help you add team building resources to your program offerings.
How to choose team-building activities
Everlast team-building activities help groups practice communication, cooperation, leadership, problem solving, creativity, decision making, positive risk-taking, and reflection through shared challenges.
Choose a challenge for your group
- Communication and cooperation: Choose activities such as All Aboard, Bridge Connection, or Human Ladder when participants must coordinate movement and support one another.
- Creative problem solving: Choose challenges such as Dinosaur Egg Transfer, Don't Lose Your Marbles, Marble Maze, or Meteorite Mission when groups must plan and adapt together.
- Trust and reflection: Choose Human Ladder, Spider's Web, Porthole Escape, or Sinking Raft when the program emphasizes trust, leadership, and group reflection.
Plan the facilitation
Match the activity to participant age, group size, available space, physical access, instructor skill, and the amount of time available for briefing and debriefing. Everlast also offers on-site in-service support to help programs add team-building resources.
