MARKETING COORDINATOR

This position is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. This includes being a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas and should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. This is a unique role that works across multiple PlayCore brands and requires a high level of organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Trade show support
    1. Facilitate and manage staff and logistics of large-scale trade shows and localized events. Work in tandem with the Marketing Manager to effectively plan and execute these events and meet marketing goals.
    2. Responsible for booth reservation, design, signage, layout, materials, furnishings, collateral, promotions, etc. Manage and schedule company representatives and outreach sessions.
    3. Prepare, ship, and track all materials/displays and provide trouble-shooting assistance.
    4. Track show success and lead generation.
    5. Staff exhibit booth.
  2. Manage PPC/Google AdWords campaigns. Provide regular reports on metrics.
  3. Manage and coordinate blogs. Write blog posts and project manage staff-written blogs, including arranging for appropriate images or other supporting materials.
  4. Responsible for social media postings on Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest and other social media channels. Provide regular reports on social and online communications metrics and measurement. Suggest ways to increase effectiveness of online vehicles and follow through on initiatives.
  5. Design and manage email marketing programs.
  6. Coordinate, manage, and implement photo and video shoots. Edit photos and videos as needed.
  7. Prepare and/or work with Graphic Designer to update product literature, price lists, flyers, guides, advertising, catalogs, etc.
  8. Maintain the websites, keeping them up to date to ensure timeliness and accuracy of content. Make SEO improvements as needed. Assist Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer in site development and management issues.
  9. Report preparation, including trend analysis.
  10. Work with other staff on sales and marketing projects as may arise.
  11. Support the sales team with mailings, email distribution and other duties.
  12. And other responsibilities and duties as may be required from time to time and as the business changes.
  13. Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

CLIMBING WALL INSTALLER

  • Must be available to Travel

Do you have basic carpentry skills and like to work with your hands? Are you able to travel for several days in a row? Join our team traveling the country installing climbing walls! Often the installer is the only representative of the company that the customer will meet, so strong customer service skills are a must.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of carpentry/construction experience
  • Responsible, punctual and trustworthy
  • Able to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds
  • Able to reach, stretch and climb repeatedly and often in order to install panels
  • Willing and available to travel extensively, often for many consecutive days and for the majority of the time
  • Able to work independently, with no supervision
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry and construction principles
  • Handy with good attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Good communication skills, courteous and outgoing attitude
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Other responsibilities and duties may be required from time to time as necessary
