A Combination Wall (Combi Wall) is part Top Rope Wall, part Traverse Wall®. It caters to a wide variety of ages and abilities, as well as large groups. Combi Walls are the ideal climbing walls for schools and camps with the ability to reach youth ages 5 and up.
Adolescent and adult climbers will thrive on the differentiated challenges featured on the Top Rope Climbing Wall. Vertical climbing facilitates the development of advanced climbing skills, as well as opportunities for trust and team building. The Traverse Wall® portion of your Combi Wall requires no ropes or harnesses and is climbed horizontally, not vertically. Put these two climbing walls together together and you have the best of both worlds.
Combi Walls are available in the following panel styles: Standard, Relief-Feature, Magna® and Magna® Relief-Feature. You could also consider the Mural Wall for your Traverse Wall and choose a complementary panel style for your Top Rope Climbing Wall. To add more dimension and challenge to your Combi Wall, we can add features, cracks and overhangs.
Special equipment and training are required for vertical climbing walls. Each Combi Wall Package includes our patented Mat-Locking System, harnesses, carabiners, helmets, ropes, belay devices and a one-day, on-site staff training.
